Whats New in Storage

The biggest improvement this year is the addition of water and electric to the "back forty". This area was improved over the past several seasons but was less than optimal without proper utilities. Now it is ideal.

The arrays were place in three different areas to allow access from different sections of the yard. Each array consists of 15, 30 and 50 amp electrical service and freeze proof water faucets. Additionally, the array next to the building also has air pressure hook up.

New Areas

We just finished developing this area next to the new building. The building shields it from westerly winds and the location provides early morning sunlight for productive winter work days. With the addition of the new utilities and fresh stones, this is the sweetest storage spot in the yard. This premium dry storage area will carry a small premium on our monthly storage rate.

Extensions

With our new area taking shape, we are ready to add an extension onto the newest building. When we originally constructed this building, we purposely left the end off the building to allow us to make this addition as demand required.

Pathways

We have made accessible the area behind the big building. Although we have stored boats here in the past, it has now been stoned for better working and travel lift conditions. We can now carry boats all the way around the building.
