2004 46' Grand Banks Classic

La Nostra is one of a very few "new deckhouse" 46' Grand Banks models.

This boat is the only one for sale in the US. The new "deckhouse model" refers to the upgrades made to the molds for the GB 46 in 2002/2003. Amongst the innovations are flush deck aft, proper steps to the flybridge, enlarged aft cabin, helmseats on flybridge, instrument console for large plotters, electric hi-low TV cabinet, forward cabin and washer dryer re-engineered, fiberglass salon window frames and stainless steel ports forward and aft. The heads are upgraded; Vacuflush remains standard. Shower doors surprised us as well!

La Nostra was commissioned by a fine shop in Port Washington, WI. Their guys did a great job on the Naiad Stabilizer installation, Sat TV, extensive electronics, etc. Dickerson Harbor installed a watermaker, inverter, inverter batteries, enlarged holding tank and it's plumbing.

The Cat 6 cycle 3126B's have had great care and are fully serviced.

La Nostra has been kept in a covered building in Maryland out of the water for part of 2006, most of 2007, 2008, 2009, 2010 and most of 2011. She has plans to go south to Trawlerfest in Ft. Lauderdale in January 2012. < /p>
