Vessel Walkthrough
PRIM’s arrangement plan provides two forward staterooms, a head with separate stall shower compartment, galley down, and a very generous open and airy main salon. The interior is finished in varnished mahogany trimmed white bulkheads, with a teak and holly cabin sole throughout. Doors and drawers are mahogany or mahogany paneled. Fabrics are dark blue with leather in the main salon.
A particularly nice feature is the abundance of natural ventilation provided by screened sliding windows, opening ports, and overhead hatches, as well as the starboard side and aft doors in the salon. The Forward/Master Stateroom features a V-berth arrangement with drawers beneath. Aft to starboard is a generous hanging locker with a full-length mirror and matching clothes storage compartment opposite. Large “aircraft style” lockers are located port and starboard outboard. A Head with a Raritan Crown electric head is outboard and a separate stall shower is forward. The starboard Guest Stateroom has 2 berths, upper and lower, outboard with drawers beneath the upper and lower. A night stand is aft, and a bureau and hanging locker forward. The U-shaped Galley opens inboard. A double sink with removable cover, and a dish storage locker above is located facing aft. Forward is a 3-burner electric cook top and Sharp Carousel microwave/convection oven above. Outboard is a front and top opening cold plate refrigerator. A top loading cold plate freezer is in the aft outboard corner. The galley is noted for its very generous storage for pots, pans, utensils, and other equipment. Garbage storage is under the stairs and a substantial pantry with adjustable shelves is on the starboard side of the passageway.
The Main Salon has a sliding starboard door and a second one aft directly to the cockpit. The helm is located forward to starboard with an adjustable Stidd helm chair. It was painstakingly laid out to provide ease of use and view of all navigational gear and instruments without obstructing the helmsman’s view. A dark blue leather covered L-shaped settee is located aft to port with extensive storage beneath and outboard. A top opening nav desk is located forward of the settee. The forward end of the settee has a hydraulically activated seat that comes up and moves forward to be a passenger/navigator’s chair. The table was uniquely designed to articulate and function as both a dining and Hi/Lo coffee table. An entertainment center with AM/FM CD player and a color flat panel TV are located to starboard. The TV has a Travel-Sat Direct TV with RCA decoder. Access to the spacious Engine Room is through a gas shock assisted hatch inside the aft door. All mechanical and electrical equipment is easily accessible in this area. The generous sized cockpit has 4 hatches for entry into the storage spaces beneath, and access to the steering system. A storage/seat with integral refrigerator/freezer is forward, and a hot and cold shower is located aft. There is a hinged transom door to the swim platform, and a folding swim ladder.
